Councillors held talks with members of the “La Creciente” Cooperative – Rosario Municipal Council

They requested an update on the social habitat production project.

Although the Government Commission did not have a quorum, its president, Julia Eva Irigoitia, from the Justicialista bloc; Agapito Blanco, from Together for Change, and Fabrizio Fiatti, from Arriba Rosario, who were joined by councilor Jesica Pellegrini, from Ciudad Futura, received Silvia Grodziñski and Juan Carlos Echegaray, from the Housing Cooperative “La Creciente” Limitada, member of the Movement of Occupants and Tenants (MOI), who asked to update what is related to the social habitat production project, framed in an agreement signed at the time, in 2018, between the aforementioned cooperative, the Santa Fe government through the Provincial Directorate of Housing and Urban Planning and the municipality.

They reminded that the land had to be processed and noted that “it will have a double mortgage in favor of the Municipality and the province.”

Councillor Fiatti stressed that “the terms of the agreement are upheld”, while Councillor Irigoitia stated that “the coordination table” established in due time “remains in force”.

Nomenclature

The councillors agreed that the next meeting of the Special Committee on Nomenclature and Erection of Monuments will be held on Wednesday, August 28, at 9:30 a.m.
