The Talcahuano Guarantee Court declared admissible the complaint filed by the police officer that shot two minors inside the home of Sename Carlos Macera in the port district of the Bío Bío region.

Second Sergeant John Mograve is in preventive prison for hurting the two teenagers last Wednesday.

The complaint filed by the sergeant is for the crime of work mistreatment to police against those who are responsible for the attacks on the uniformed men who were injured during the incident.

This legal action describes the aggressions that the police officer claims to have suffered after arriving next to SAMU to transfer an unbalanced minor.

The complaint seeks that the investigation be carried out in parallel to the one initiated last Wednesday by the Talcahuano Prosecutor’s Office.

John Mograve is in custody for the crimes of illegitimate constraints. The complaint is sponsored by the lawyer of the Eighth Zone of Carabineros Bío Bío, Vanessa Román.
