The federal prosecutor’s office has opened a judicial investigation for “serious and organized tax fraud” once morest the Flemish visual artist Arne Quinze. The case revolves around the invoice for a work that was found during a house search of Luciano D’Onofrio, the former strongman of Standaard Liège. L’Echo reports.
