Covid and Chinese travellers: Swiss authorities not (yet?) on the EU line

The European Union has taken the plunge: its 27 member states have been “strongly encouraged” since Wednesday evening to require a negative covid test from travelers coming from China, the disease circulating there abundantly. However, the measure is not binding, it is indeed a recommendation. Among the heavyweights of the EU, France and Italy already apply it. Germany, on the other hand, did not go so far.
