The hearing for the appearance of former dignitaries of the Alpha Condé regime began on Monday March 20, 2023, at the court for the repression of economic and financial offences.
It was the former Minister of National Defense Dr. Mohamed Diané who appeared on Monday. He totally rejected the charges once morest him in this case.
For the former Prime Minister, Dr Ibrahima Kassory Fofana, the court postponed his appearance until April 7th.
It should be noted that Kassory’s appearance comes a year following his incarceration.
