Crisis Management Center: We are looking for opportunities to take Lithuanian citizens out of Israel

“The National Crisis Management Center of the Government Chancellery is actively looking for opportunities to return home as soon as possible for Lithuanian citizens who are currently unable to leave Israel,” the center stated on Sunday evening.

“Possibilities are being discussed both with international partners and with private air carrier companies, so that Lithuanian citizens stuck at Tel Aviv airport would have the opportunity to return to Lithuania as soon as possible,” added the release.

According to NKVC, difficulties arise for Lithuanians whose flight to Vilnius was canceled on Saturday.

“The flight to Tel Aviv took place today, it is expected that some of the travelers who have tickets for a regular flight will return from Israel,” NKVC claims.
