Napoli striker Victor Osimhen’s agent has denied reports his client may be swapping for Manchester United’s Cristiano Ronaldo. “There is no negotiation, no exchange,” wrote Roberto Calenda on Twitter.
Osimhen has no intention of deserting the Italians, he continued. “Victor is a Napoli player and wants to play in the Champions League with the club following proudly qualifying for it with his team-mates and the coach,” he added.
Die Tuttosport recently caused a stir with a message that both clubs would negotiate a change from Osimhen to the Red Devils. There was a transfer fee of 100 million euros, in return Ronaldo should move to Naples on loan.
