Culinary: These are the Salzburg climbers in the new A la Carte Guide

Of those who have risen and fallen: the freshly printed à la carte guide provides more than 80 Salzburg addresses for fans of good food.

The path to the newcomers leads, among other places, to the Pinzgau: With 82 points and three stars, the Weyerhof in Bramberg am Wildkogel made it onto the list of Austria’s top 100 restaurants in the à la carte guide for the first time. The chefs Franz Meilinger and Andreas Stotter deliver quality there to the fullest extent and in a consistent form, describes the A La Carte Guide publisher and editor-in-chief Christian Grünwald. The test eaters liked the “amazingly creative” surprise menus.
