Częstochowa News – Life of Częstochowa and the District Preschooler’s Day at the Częstochowa Museum until October 4 – Częstochowa News

On the occasion of the National Preschooler’s Day, the Częstochowa Museum invites groups of 4-, 5- and 6-year-olds to take their first steps in the institution of a museum! This year, interesting activities in the form of learning through play will take place in the Archaeological Reserve and the ZODIAK Multicentrum.
The celebration of Preschooler’s Day has been extended from mid-September to October 4 thanks to the Zodiak Multicentrum and the Częstochowa Museum. This is a great opportunity for the youngest to get to know this cultural institution. And so:

ARCHAEOLOGICAL RESERVE invites children aged 4-6

How do you turn a clay pot into a cat, a dog and a duck? There are many clay vessels at the exhibition in the Archaeological Reserve. Their shapes sometimes resemble animals. We will look at them and try to guess what they represent. Inspired by the exhibits, we will make small vessels from clay, which we will transform into animals, adding characteristic features to them – heads, ears, tails, paws.
Cost of classes: PLN 15/person, workshops are held on Thursdays and Fridays
Address: Łukasińskiego 20, Częstochowa

ZODIAK MULTICENTER invites children aged 5 and 6

How tall is a giraffe? – The workshops will be entirely dedicated to giraffes. We will check their height, weight, and count their cervical vertebrae. We will learn about its characteristic features and diverse inhabitants. During the workshops, children will make a giraffe from K’nex construction blocks and masks of African animals.

The workshops are intended for organised groups.

Classes can be scheduled by calling 504 757 598 (Multicentrum ZODIAK).
