“Damn, it’s a shame …”: the defense of Joe Vasconcellos after rain of criticism for comment on the masks

During the followingnoon of this Thursday, Joe Vasconcellos was in the eye of the hurricane. This, following launching a particular comment regarding the masks that are used to combat Covid-19.

Through his social networks, the musician reflects on the face masks, which brought out hives among users.

“When one speaks with a mask, it generates pure middle sounds, I miss the high and low ones,” he wrote. And along the same lines, he added: “we are 70% water, we need to vibrate correctly!!! Help!!!”.

As expected, the posting on Twitter generated a wave of comments, where several pointed the finger at him. In fact, several accused him of calling not to wear the mask.

For the same reason, and given the hundreds of criticisms he received, Vasconcellos decided to write another tweet to clarify the situation.

“Wow, that’s a shame. Everyone understands what he wants. I made a musician’s comment regarding the perception of sound with the mask, ”he stressed on the virtual platform of the little blue bird.

“I never invited the disuse of it, but anyway… Never so contradictory,” he concluded.
