St. Louis (Missouri) ∙ A nineteen-year-old daughter has filed a petition in federal court asking to be allowed to witness the death of her father, who will be executed on November 29. Kevin Johnson, accused in the case of killing a police officer in 2005, will be executed on November 29.

Under current Missouri law, people under the age of 21 are not allowed to witness executions. Kevin also demanded that his daughter be allowed to watch his execution.
