A murder investigation is underway in Russia following a car bomb killed the daughter of a prominent ally of President Vladimir Putin outside Moscow. Darya Dugina He died Saturday night following the vehicle he was driving exploded. The state news agency TASS reports that Russia blames Ukraine’s special services for the attack, but Ukraine strongly denies this.
