Day 776 | Fight against COVID-19: Venezuela registers 20 cases of infection, with 1 deceased

A total of 20 cases of contagion of COVID-19, by community transmissionwere detected in the last 24 hours, raising the confirmed accumulated to 522 thousand 325, while the number of recovered is located at 515 1,675 patients healed, thanks to the free treatments guaranteed by the Bolivarian Government.

This was announced this Saturday by Executive Vice President Delcy Rodríguez, during the usual daily balance offered by the Presidential Commission for the Control and Prevention of COVID-19, through her account on the social network @delcyrodriguezv.

He reported that the community cases of the day were detected in 12 states: Monagas (4), Yaracuy (4), Miranda (2), Caracas (2), Lara (1), Mérida (1), Aragua (1), Portuguesa (1), Zulia (1), Guárico (1), Anzoátegui (1) and La Guaira (1).

The entity with the highest number of cases in the day is Monagas with 4 infections in the Maturín municipality.

On the day death was recorded a 90-year-old woman in the state of Aragua, to reach 5,709 in the national territory.

The Bolivarian Government reiterates its sorrow and words of solidarity with the families and friends of all the victims registered so far.

In week 111 and day 776 of the pandemic in our country, these are their general statistics:
