Jakarta: Explosion in Indonesia. The blast occurred at a Chinese nickel processing plant. 12 people were killed in the blast. 39 people have been injured. The incident took place in Central Sulawesi province.

While the furnace was being repaired, fuel caught fire and a nearby oxygen tank exploded. The incident took place at 5.30 am on Saturday. The accident victims are undergoing treatment at the hospital.
