Al-Shayhana bint Saleh Al-Azzaz, Deputy Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers since July 3, 2022, is one of the first Saudi female lawyers to be approved by the New York Council, and she is the daughter of Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Azzaz, may God have mercy on him, who was known to be one of the first Saudi photographers. Five children: four daughters: Al-Shehana, Shahd, Shahla, and Liana, and one son: Abdullah. The Ministry of Information honored him with an award bearing his name, which is the Saleh Al-Azzaz Award for supporting culture and creativity.
