Mary passed away peacefully at Ennis General Hospital surrounded by the love of her family. Predeceased by her husband, John, and son, John Jr., her loss is deeply felt by all who knew her.
Mary leaves behind her heartbroken children: daughters Frances and Maria,and sons Michael,James,Kieron,and Thomas. She was also a cherished daughter-in-law to Jane, grandmother to many grandchildren, and great-grandmother to several great-grandchildren.Mary’s loving siblings, Phil and Connie, Margaret and Kathleen, and also extended family, neighbors, and beloved friends, will hold her memory dear.

Reposing will take place at McMahon Funeral Home in Shannon on Sunday, December 22nd, from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm. Funeral Mass will be held the following day, December 23rd, at 1:00 pm in Ss. John and Paul’s Church, shannon, followed by burial in Illaunmanagh cemetery. For those unable to attend in person, the Funeral Mass can be viewed live here.
