Deaths in Colombia: More than 2,000 violent deaths were registered in January: Legal Medicine | Judicial

The Legal Medicine report says that, of the 2,010 violent deaths recorded during January, 1,008 cases corresponded to homicides; 571 cases accidents related to transportation; 249 to other types of accidents; and 182 suicides.

This report also notes that Of the 11,455 cases of injuries, there was a record of 5,090 cases of interpersonal violence; 3,819 of domestic violence; 853 injuries due to traffic accidents; and 1,066 tests for alleged sexual offenses.
