Trento – A month and a half following the death of a 26-year-old jogger in Trentino, animal rights activists deny that the man was attacked and fatally injured by the problem bear known by the code JJ4. According to a report by two veterinarians submitted to the administrative court in Trento by the Leal animal protection association, the jogger was not killed by JJ4, but by an adult male bear, as can be seen from the DNA on the man’s corpse.
