Doha: The Ministry of Transport is developing laws to regulate autonomous vehicles in Qatar.
The Ministry aims to further improve mobility and transport services in the country through an environmentally sustainable transport system utilizing the latest technologies.
Development of strategy and legislation taking into account technical, legal, economic, social and environmental considerations. The ministry has also stated that there will be a road map and governance and regulatory framework for the implementation of autonomous vehicles in the country.
