Declared dead by mistake, this pensioner had to prove that he was alive to obtain his rights again

On February 3, Philippe Deneuville, retired in Pas-de-Calais, received a letter from Health Insurance. According to this letter, the retiree died on December 28. He was then deprived of a retirement pension. The administration has since acknowledged an error related to a namesake who died the same day.
