Steyr – A 38-year-old was not legally sentenced to life imprisonment for murder in the Steyr regional court on Wednesday. The jury unanimously voted guilty as charged. The man is said to have killed his ex-brother-in-law in Grünburg (Kirchdorf district) with two shots from a legally owned pistol at the beginning of March. The defendant had accepted “responsibility for the murder.”
