Survey of surveys: Delfina Gómez clearly leads all the surveys for the governorship of the State of Mexico
The Morena candidate for the government of the State of Mexico, Delfina Gómez, clearly leads the preference of the electorate today. She does it with an average of 57.8% of effective votes, extracted from the most recent series of polls. If confirmed on election day, the standard-bearer for Andrés Manuel López Obrador would make up for her defeat by less than 200,000 votes in 2017, when PRI member Alfredo del Mazo beat him by half a head. The outgoing governor’s bishop, Alejandra del Moral, comes to close the gap with her rival up to five or six points in the polls that put her best, but no further. The average leaves him close to 42%.
