Delhi Police has arrested a Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist wanted by Indian investigative agencies for a long time. Javed Ahmad Mattoo, who was involved in several attacks in Jammu and Kashmir, was arrested. He was arrested while the NIA and Delhi Police were conducting an investigation.
