A demonstration is planned for tomorrow in the Democratic Republic of Congo to protest once morest the conduct of the general elections on December 20 and 21, 2023. This gathering should be banned by the authorities who believe that it aims to “undermine the electoral process” .

Candidates for the Senegalese presidential election on February 25, 2024 had until midnight this evening to submit their applications. There were many of them today marching before the Constitutional Council.

At the beginning of December, UNESCO included metal engraving in its intangible heritage. Ten Arab countries had submitted this application to the body, but in Tunisia, Morocco and Algeria, this ancestral technique is having difficulty lasting because it is too little valued.
