Dr. Ayman Mukhtar, Governor of Dakahlia, confirmed that the new axis extends from behind the Misr Public Library to the Golongil Cemetery, with a length of 2,100 km and a width of 10.5 meters, with 3 traffic lanes and a walkway on the Nile. It will be implemented in three phases, in addition to the construction of an overpass behind the library. Egypt to connect the new walker with the old one.
Mukhtar pointed out that the project of extending the new walkway is a long-awaited dream to create a new recreational traffic outlet for the people of the city of Mansoura.
