In fact, the building is a hostel, which began to be reconstructed into a tourist and recreational complex with the fabulous name “Lukomorye”. The former owner of the building was the Trust Grodnogorstroy, however, due to debts, it was put up for auction to pay them off.
It should be noted that this is not the first time they have tried to sell the building in Rynkovtsy, but so far they have not been able to find the owner. The next sale date is April 14th. On this day, trading for Lukomorye will begin with an amount of 225,429 rubles. The auction will be held on the electronic platform “Bankrupt Torg”.
In addition to the two-story dormitory itself, there are several pavilions, a children’s playground, a pier with stairs and awnings, and even a concert stage. In addition, the winner of the auction will also receive several bicycles, a volleyball net and much, much more for recreation.
