Dirham Appreciates Against US Dollar and Remains Stable Against Euro: Bank Al-Maghrib Report

The dirham appreciated by 1.11% once morest the US dollar and remained almost stable once morest the euro during the period from December 28 to January 3, indicates Bank Al-Maghrib (BAM).

During this period, no auction operations were carried out on the foreign exchange market, underlines the central bank in its weekly bulletin. As of December 29, official reserve assets stood at 358.9 billion DH, up 0.1% from one week to the next and 6.3% year-on-year, specifies BAM.
