Al-Marsad Newspaper: A number of developed social security beneficiaries revealed messages they received regarding the failure to issue eligibility results to them during the tenth session, and others indicated that there are well-known reasons behind most of the refusals.
Some beneficiaries reported that there are two reasons behind the failure to release the eligibility results, which are as follows:
First: Not adding the entire family to the house, or one of the dependents did not approve the addition request.
Second: The absence of a documented lease contract on the rental platform.
Citizens can register in the developed social security for support through the following steps:
1: Go to the website of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
2: Create a new account.
3: Go to the electronic services and click on the developed social security pension service.
4: Register and enter all required data.
5: Confirmation of the entered data.
6: A letter of acceptance or rejection of the request was sent with an explanation of the reason.
