On August 10, during the press conference of the China (Jincheng – Shanxi) Health and Welfare Industry Development Conference 2023 held in Beijing, Wu Jianpeng, Vice Mayor of Jincheng, officially announced the holding of the event of the August 25 to 27.
Located in the southeast of Shanxi Province, on the border between Shanxi and Henan provinces, Jincheng is known for its mild winters and summers, providing a comfortable seven-month tourism period. With a forest cover rate of 40.3% and an urban green cover rate of 47.5%, it is the greenest city in the Taihang Mountains. The place is known as the “China Ancient Architecture Museum”.
The event will focus on topics such as health and wellness tourism, investment in the health and wellness industries, international go tournament, photography, short video competition, among other activities.
Currently, the city is distinguished by exploring the “eight models” of health and well-being: medicinal, community, cultural, residential, forestry, sports, educational and rural.
