Discovery of Improvised Explosive Device (IED) near Chelyabinsk-Petrov Gas Pipeline in Samara Region

In the Samara region, an improvised explosive device (IED) was found, which lay next to the Chelyabinsk-Petrov gas pipeline. This is reported by the Baza telegram channel.

“On the 967th kilometer of the Chelyabinsk-Petrov gas pipeline, specialists from the emergency team saw a round hole in a pipe with a diameter of regarding 25 mm. And 60 meters from this place there was a blue package with IEDs, ”Baza reports. The IED was defused upon discovery. It is noted that earlier a leak was recorded on the Gazprom Transgaz Samara gas pipeline.

URA.RU correspondent sent a request to the FSB of Russia in the Samara region. A response is expected.
