On Sunday, the Egyptian Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances of circulating a video clip on Facebook, which includes a person torturing a cat in Giza.
The statement added that all those accused of torturing the cat “reside in the Boulaq al-Dakrour Police Station in the Giza Security Directorate, and they have mobile phones containing the aforementioned video clip.”
