The world of electronics will join this Friday and throughout the weekend to support sustainable aid projects for children in various developing countries in Africa and Asia. Icons like Carl Cox, Sasha and Kevin Saunderson will participate in the evento solidario Set For Love that will be transmitted by streaming in the channel of Twitch de Beatport. Saunderson has also announced that he will present his new project, The Saundersons, as a world exclusive.
The event is an initiative of the charity organization Last Night A DJ Saved My Life (LNADJ) chooses these dates to coincide with World Children’s Day. Together with the three historical godfathers of house and techno, Carl Cox, Sasha Y Kevin Saunderson Artists from all over the world participate, such as the British Josh Butler, Maxinne Garman and wAFF, the Brazilian Fernanda Martins, the Spanish queen of hard techno Fatima Hajji, the Ibiza-born Anna Tur and the Ukrainian Miss Monique.

“This is what music is all about, bringing people together for the common good. I’m looking forward to playing with Carl Cox, Sasha and my musical family from Detroit again, “Saunderson said. Sasha, on the other hand, assures that “I love to see that music brings people together, especially after the difficult year that everyone has had.”
The funds raised will be used to support projects to help children in developing countries such as Tanzania, Uganda, the Philippines and Nepal. These projects focus on creating a sustainable future for children, youth and their families and will provide food, water, education, safety and psychological management of trauma. So far, over 700 DJs from over 50 countries have signed up to play their own Set For Love over the weekend and will be taking part in what is potentially the world’s largest simulcast live event.
