Vienna – A trial involving alleged animal cruelty ended with an acquittal at the Vienna regional court on Tuesday. A 37-year-old was accused by the public prosecutor of throwing his dog from the balcony in Floridsdorf on June 26, 2023 following the French bulldog bit him. An earwitness heard the animal hitting the concrete; any help came too late for the dog.
