“The third proposal is a bill regarding the second amendment to Law No. 13 of 2006 concerning the protection of witnesses and victims,” ​​said Sugiat at a plenary meeting discussing the preparation of the 2025-2029 annual National Legislation Program (Prolegnas) at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Central Jakarta, Tuesday (12/11).

Apart from that, Commission XIII also proposed a mid-term Prolegnas Bill for 2025-2029. First, the bill regarding the curator profession. Second, the Bill concerning amendments to Law Number 18 of 2003 concerning advocates.

“Kiga, Draft Law regarding amendments to Law No. 40 of 2008 concerning the elimination of racial and ethnic discrimination,” said Sugiat. (Z-9)
