Al-Muaiqly appears in good health
The imam and preacher of the Grand Mosque, Dr. Maher Al-Muaiqly, appeared in good health, during the visit that the officials of the Agency for Imams and Muezzins paid to Dr. Al-Muaiqly at his home in Makkah Al-Mukarramah, several hours following he suffered from a health problem that afflicted him while he was performing Friday prayers in the Grand Mosque yesterday, Friday.
Where Al-Muaiqly appeared smiling, which aroused great satisfaction among the followers and tweeters on social networking sites, according to Al-Arabiya.
It is noteworthy that the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Two Holy Mosques issued a press statement yesterday in which it reassured people regarding the health of Dr. Al-Muaqili, and stated that he was subjected to fatigue and exhaustion at the end of the sermon, and the beginning of the prayer, following which he was unable to complete the prayer.
Sheikh Dr. Maher Al-Muaiqly, due to a health ailment, was unable, as a result, to complete his imam of the Friday prayer yesterday, which prompted the head of religious affairs in the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Dr. Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, to advance to lead the worshipers and complete the Friday prayer.
