DRAGON QUEST MONSTERS: PRINCE OF SHADOWS tells the story of Psaro, a cursed demon prince who cannot harm monsters. He finds himself forced to become a leader of monsters and to recruit and fight alongside them in the four corners of the fantastic world of Nadiria. The seasons will change over the course of the adventure and will pass from spring to summer, winter, then to autumn. Besides different landscapes, each season makes new areas available, and offers specific seasonal monsters.
One of the most powerful tools in Psaro’s arsenal is the advanced synthesis system that allows new monsters to be created by combining those already present in his team. Players can experiment and unlock over 500 monsters, including franchise favorites, dark lords and never-before-seen creatures. Once the team of their dreams is assembled, it’s time to go online to face other monster masters from all over the world.
