DRC: fishing temporarily banned on Lake Tanganyika

2023-05-14 22:07:59

But in the DRC, a country that holds 45% of the waters of the lake, this decision divides opinion. This is the case in the city of Kalemie, capital of the province of Tanganyika in the east of the country, where fishing is the main economic activity.
