Earthquake of 3.3 off the province of Agadir

Rabat – A earthquake of magnitude 3.3 degrees on the Richter scale was recorded this Sunday off the province of Agadir, said the National Institute of Geophysics (ING).

The earthquake, whose epicenter is located off the coast of the province of Agadir, occurred at 7:47:04 a.m. (GMT+1), said the National Network for Seismic Monitoring and Alert, under the ING, in a seismic alert bulletin.

Occurring at a depth of 2 km, the quake occurred at a latitude of 30.342°N and a longitude of 9.731°W, according to the same source.
