Last night in Paris at the Grand Palais Ephémère during the big evening celebrating the date of the D-100 before Paris 2024, EDF announced its sponsorship of the Carrés des Supporters.
Supporter Squares are festive zones which will be deployed in almost all competition venues during the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Over nearly 1,000 sports sessions, between 50 and 1,500 spectators will be part of these Squares and will celebrate the athletes and their performances.
Led by atmosphere leaders identified by the national federations, the Supporters’ Squares will therefore be at the heart of the atmosphere of the Games. Thanks to close collaboration with the CNOSF, the CPSF and the Ministry of Sports, during sessions where French athletes will perform, these Squares will be draped in blue to give even more energy to the athletes of the French Team and push them towards victory.
To guarantee a festive atmosphere in each of the competition venues, EDF, official sponsor of the Carrés de Supporters, will launch “Grand Coaching” from May 16. Through this program EDF aims, with the help of 4 coaches, to prepare, inspire and make the French the best supporters of the Games and the French Team. »
