Wealth manager EFG International announced on Thursday that it has completed the sale of its minority stake in Asesores y Gestores Financieros (A&G) to the management team of the Spanish private bank.
The financial details of this operation will be revealed at the same time as the half-year results, on July 21, announces the press release.
