Al-Marsad newspaper: On Tuesday, social media users circulated a video clip showing the moment a burning cleaning car exploded near a bridge in Alexandria, northern Egypt.
The car exploded while a firefighter was pouring water at the large car in order to extinguish it, while the explosion knocked the firefighter to the ground.
The video clip showed that the firefighter was able to move following he fell, while reports indicated that he had survived.
According to the “Sada Al-Balad” website, the Civil Protection forces in Alexandria put out a fire that broke out this followingnoon, with a garbage cart on the Alexandria Corniche, without causing any injuries.
