“Eid Working Schedule Announced by HMC, Ministry of Interior, and Ministry of Public Health”

Doha: Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC), Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Public Health announced the Eid working schedule.

HMC

Emergency services, including pediatrics, will continue to operate 24 hours a day as usual. Ambulance services are also available 24 hours. Eid holiday for Outpatient Clinics and Urgent Consultation Service started yesterday. The service will resume from April 30. The National Mental Health Helpline will not be operational from 21st to 25th. From 26th to 29th from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm and from April 30th, pharmacy home delivery services are also closed from yesterday. The operation will resume from the 30th. Government healthcare hotline 16000 is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The blood donation center at the West Energy Center will be closed on the 21st, 22nd and 28th. From the 23rd to the 27th it will be open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm. Open as usual from 29th.

Ministry of Home Affairs

The security and transport investigation departments of the ministry will operate 24 hours a day. The services of Passport, Transport, Nationality and Travel Document and Criminal Evidence and Investigation Department are available from 8.00 am to 12.00 noon.

Ministry of Public Health

The Department of Medical Relations and Treatment Abroad of the Ministry will receive visitors from 19 to 27 from 9.00 am to 11.45 pm. Friday and Saturday will be holidays. For inquiries regarding overseas treatment, please contact the hotline number 33559950. Birth certificates for newborn babies can be collected from the Women’s Wellness and Research Center from 8.30 am to 12.00 pm. Also available through Qatar Post. Death certificate services are available from the Humanitarian Service Office from 8.30 am to 12.00 pm. The services of Birth and Death Committee will not be available during Eid holidays.
