The last major transformation of the current winter is underway on Vienna’s Rathausplatz. The Christmas market has been dismantled, as has the New Year’s Eve trail – and so it’s time for the ice cream dream. The full version is currently being built. The ice skating facility will open on January 19th: After a nine-minute opening show, which begins next Friday at 7 p.m., the public will get started.
