Strasbourg – After the UN Human Rights Commissioner Volker Türk, another Austrian is aiming for a top job in the field of human rights: The Viennese international lawyer Manfred Nowak is running in the election of the Council of Europe’s Human Rights Commissioner on Tuesday in Strasbourg.
