Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, the Egyptian Minister of Health, said, “Our ambulances are now waiting at the border as we speak, ready to transport children from Al-Shifa Hospital immediately. Even the hospitals have already been equipped with artificial respirators and incubators for this purpose,” Abdel Ghaffar said during an interview with CNN said that Egypt “has established 37 hospitals, has more than 11,000 beds, more than 1,700 intensive care units, and more than 150 ambulances ready to transport patients from Gaza.”
