The emergency services were called to intervene this Sunday around 6 p.m. for a traffic accident at Rochettes Grandes in Izier, near Durbuy. On the spot, a car left the road, tells us the rescue zone of Luxembourg. It was the only vehicle involved.
A fire engine, a beaconing vehicle from the Hemeco zone, an officer from the Luxembourg rescue zone as well as an ambulance and a helicopter were dispatched to the scene of the accident.
One person was inside the vehicle. The roof of the car had to be completely removed to allow the evacuation of the victim. She was transported to the University Hospital of Liège.
