ABU DHABI, 14th January / WAM / H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, discussed during a telephone conversation with Carlos Alberto Franca, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federative Republic of Brazil, the bilateral relations between the UAE and Brazil and ways to enhance prospects for joint cooperation in light of the strategic partnership that brings together between the two countries. The two friendly countries.

The two sides also discussed issues of concern and developments in the regional and international situations, in addition to the developments of the emerging coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic and ways to enhance international cooperation in facing its repercussions and supporting recovery efforts at various levels.

During the phone call, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed the distinguished strategic relations between the UAE and Brazil and the keenness to strengthen them and develop various aspects of joint cooperation to serve the common interests of the two friendly countries and bring them back to their peoples.
