London, April 20 / WAM / European stock indices fell during the beginning of today’s trading.

And by 12:30 noon UAE time, the European Stoxx 600 index fell by 0.38 percent, or the equivalent of 1.78 points, to reach 466.37 points.

The French “CAC 40” index lost regarding 33.9 points, or 0.44 percent, to reach 7515.85 points, while the “Euro Stoxx 50” index decreased by 0.41 percent, or 18.15 points, to reach the level of 4375.42 points.

The British “FTSE 100” index fell by 0.15 percent, or the equivalent of 12 points, to reach the level of 7886.64 points, and the German “DAX” index decreased by 0.81 percent, or the equivalent of 126.19 points, to reach 15768.9 points.
