KUALA LUMPUR, October 17 (WAM) – The Asian Football Confederation announced that Qatar has won the 18th edition of the 2023 AFC Asian Cup.
And China, the host of the tournament, had apologized in the middle of this year for organizing the event for reasons related to its internal procedures for dealing with the effects of the Corona pandemic.
Indonesia, South Korea and Qatar had bid to host the continental championship following China’s apology.
