Al-Habsi said in a statement, that the report published by the Impact International Foundation for Human Rights Policies included repeated allegations that the Foundation had previously published in 2021, and the UAE denied these allegations, indicating that they are incorrect, as the measures that were taken regarding a limited number of African workers The suspension and deportation took place in accordance with the applicable laws, as all workers, without exception, are bound by documented legal labor contracts that preserve their rights, and that the concerned parties must abide by what is stated in these contracts, and that any termination of a contractual relationship with the worker must take place in accordance with the requirements set forth in contracts.

He affirmed the UAE’s commitment to full transparency in dealing with these issues, calling on the media to refer to the official information issued by the concerned UAE authorities in this regard.
